Funny enough, a lot of my clients have some sleeping problems. If it&#039;s a one off you&#039;ll recover easily. If it&#039;s chronical you&#039;ll need some help as your wellbeing will suffer.</description>

I&#039;m another one who really suffers when I don&#039;t get enough sleep. Problem is, that happens a lot and I spend many days in a state of half consciousness - not really with it! Usually an afternoon siesta sorts that out, but just lately I&#039;ve been working so hard that the siesta has had to be postponed - until bedtime! ha!</description>
