Go to bed earlier if you can and don’t preclude that with big meals just beforehand, or any strenuous exercise either. Better to switch off the TV well before going to bed and reading for half an hour or so - it is a much better way to relax and you’ll find that you drop off to sleep faster too!

Following on from our last alternative cures health related post Health: Stressed About Stress?, now might be a good time to carry that forward to the whole idea on what the results can be when we focus on health.
As most advocates of alternative cures will agree on, our biggest asset when it comes to curing illness is our own mind, or belief system.
